Tracking numbers are sent via email once you've purchased your item.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
After placing your order, it will take 5-7 business days to process and mail. Shipping time is based on the shipping company.
WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. If the item was damaged in transit, please contact us at email@example.com. Customers are expected to pay return shipping.
DO YOU OFFER PREORDERS?
We occasionally offer preorders on high demand items.
We are not responsible for customs charges.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS RETURNED TO SENDER?
If your item is returned to sender because of an error not on our end, the order will be refunded except for the cost of shipping. If it is an error on our end, it will be fixed and resent. If you still would like your package you will need to reorder and pay for additional shipping.
WHAT IF I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE?
All orders contain tracking numbers. Follow up with your local post office to check on your order. Priority orders come with insurance from USPS, however standard shipping does not. Once orders are scanned in with USPS, it is out of our hands.
